Evercore ISI Recognized as the Top Ranked Independent Firm in U.S. Equity Research

For the sixth consecutive year, Evercore ISI was recognized as the top ranked independent firm in Institutional Investor’s All-America Equity Research survey. Overall, Evercore ISI placed second on a commission weighted rank basis, marking the sixth year in a row that the team placed in the top five, and was tied for the most #1 ranked analysts.

The 2019 All-America Research Team reflects the opinions of 4,000 individuals from more 1,400 institutions managing an estimated $10 trillion in US equity assets, according to the magazine.

Evercore ISI claimed 37 individual positions, the highest number of ranked placements the Firm has ever received. Evercore ISI analysts were awarded 13 #1 positions, which is also the highest number of top placements ever received by the Firm. Ed Hyman, Evercore ISI’s founder and Chairman, was awarded a #1 position in Economics, recognition he has earned 39 times. In addition, the Firm’s analysts were ranked in more than 85% of the industries they cover.
