Gauging the state of the black tech ecosystem at the Blacks in Tech Conference

On Saturday, the Blacks in Tech Conference had its career day at the Saint Paul RiverCentre. National and international companies packed the halls, while the "State of the Twin Cites Black Tech Ecosystem" event took up much of the afternoon.
