Lt. Gov. Husted reveals how Ohio is addressing workforce, demographic challenges

Ohio has created 330,000 net jobs in the last decade, but the size of the available workforce has shrunk by 190,000 people. Lt. Gov. Jon Husted was in Dayton this week to discuss how the state is addressing these workforce and demographic shifts, which he called the "No. 1 threat" to economic progress.
