How this former conservationist turned his hobby into a furniture business

Laurent Pool started his grassroots woodworking business, Wasted Wood Hawaii, in 2018, by collecting reclaimed hardwoods on Oahu and turning them into heirloom furniture pieces – first as a hobby then as a profession.
