Fiat Chrysler, Peugeot Parent Company Merge To Become World's Fourth-Largest Automaker

Italian-American automaker Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. and Peugeot's parent company Groupe PSA have officially signed a merger, the two companies said in a joint statement on Wednesday.
