State tells owners of big buildings to disinfect, clean more

The new rules from the Pennsylvania Department of Health include commercial, industrial or offices that are allowed to remain open: Warehouses, manufacturers, commercial offices, airports, grocery stores, universities, colleges, government, hotels and residential units with 50 or more units.
