Glencore says it will re-start Zambia copper mines if it reaches agreement with government

Glencore on Monday said its Zambia subsidiary Mopani Copper Mines would re-start "if an agreement is reached" with Zambia's government, and it would then give the government notice to go on care and maintenance after 90 days.
