Bank of America Announces 2021 Quarterly Financial Reporting Dates

Bank of America Corporation today announced the following 2021 reporting dates for quarterly financial results:

• Fourth quarter 2020 – Tuesday, January 19, 2021
• First quarter 2021 – Thursday, April 15, 2021
• Second quarter 2021 – Wednesday, July 14, 2021
• Third quarter 2021 – Thursday, October 14, 2021

The results will be released at approximately 6:45 a.m. Eastern Time. The company will host a conference call for investors after the results are announced. The January 19 conference call will begin at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The investor calls for the three subsequent quarters will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern Time.
