Seed Round Capital Provides Funding and Mentoring for Tech Startups

HOUSTON - June 11, 2020 - PRLog -- Startup mentors and angel investors, Brad Jenkins and Austin Hill, are proud to announce the launch of Seed Round Capital, an investment and advisory firm to guide Houston-based technology startups.

"Our program helps startup founders fund and scale their businesses with management guidance from seasoned entrepreneurs. In addition, founders receive training on proven business methods specially formulated by Seed Round Capital, and access to funding. Whereas most accelerator programs guide startups for about 12 to 18 weeks, our firm is committed to a long-term approach, where we provide guidance for up to 18 months. This longer mentorship ensures a greater chance of success for startups," Hill stated.

"Because we recognize that every new business is unique in its journey, we are able to customize mentoring to suit each startup. Our expertise helps startups reduce risk, secure funding, and grow faster than if they were doing this on their own," Jenkins explained.

Once startups are selected by Seed Round Capital, they receive mentoring from an experienced entrepreneur, startup business training, and funding opportunities with Seed Round Capital's network of investors. With the breadth of our entrepreneurial experience and selective vetting process, we envision Seed Round Capital as producing some of the most innovative technology companies in Houston.

All mentors are current or former members of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, an international association where entrepreneurs of seven to nine-figure businesses share business practices and hone their skills. Our mentors possess expertise in industries such as technology, real estate, insurance and consumer products, just to name a few.

Our seasoned mentors have successfully founded and managed multiple businesses that have achieved up to nine figures in revenue, many with over 25 years of experience. Our mentors have been recognized with multiple prestigious awards including the Inc 5000, Houston Business Journal's Fast Tech 50 and Fast 100, Houston Business Journal's Best and Brightest Companies, and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Startup founders also receive office space at The Cannon, Houston's premier coworking community for aspiring entrepreneurs. Startup founders work alongside peers and benefit from The Cannon resources designed for entrepreneurs such as networking events, notable speakers, lunch and learns, human resources and marketing support.

Seed Round Capital is now accepting applications from startups through its website, to join their program. Startups interested in working with Seed Round Capital must have a minimum of one paying customer and must provide a business plan with a path to a half-million dollars in revenue annually over the next 12 to 18 months. Seed Round Capital is always expanding its network of investors. Interested investors are urged to contact our firm.
