Local university leaders blast new rules for international students

Local universities and college leaders and advocates have come out against new guidance affecting international students released by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on Monday. Higher education leaders said the new guidance could disrupt international students’ education and research and harm campuses, during an already difficult time for the sector.
