Minimal activity so far for parade permits during the DNC

City of Milwaukee officials encouraged anyone who wanted a permit for a downtown parade or a public speech in a downtown park during the Democratic National Convention to apply by Aug. 1 but only two organizations met the deadline for parades and none for speaking.
