Pinnacle Is One of the Country’s Top 5 Workplaces for Millennials

Pinnacle Financial Partners is among the top five companies in the country for millennials to work. The firm climbed to the No. 4 spot on the list of Best Workplaces for Millennials from FORTUNE magazine and Great Place to Work®, rising from No. 12 on the same list in 2019. In February, both groups named Pinnacle the overall No. 14 Best Company to Work For in the United States.

Rankings for this list reflect feedback representing more than 4.9 million employees at Great Place to Work-Certified organizations. Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. These included the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Rankings are based on employees’ feedback and reward companies who best include all employees, no matter who they are or what they do for the organization.

Companies on the list of Best Workplaces for Millennials stand out for their unique, innovative cultures, which helps them attract and retain associates. Even with a hiring philosophy that seeks out seasoned professionals with at least 10 years of experience for most roles, a quarter of Pinnacle’s associates are 40 years old or under. With an average retention rate above 91 percent – unheard of in the financial services industry – they are more likely to stay and build their careers at Pinnacle.
