Milwaukee police chief says his department can handle DNC security without outside help

Milwaukee’s acting police chief said he believes his department can handle — with minimal assistance from other law enforcement agencies — security at the Democratic National Convention, and Mayor Tom Barrett says the security budget will be between $20 million and $25 million.
