BV Investment Partners ("BV"), a middle-market private equity firm focused on business services, software, and IT services sectors, today announced that it has made a significant investment in sister companies, GlideFast Consulting and Pharicode, two Elite ServiceNow partners. With this investment, both companies set their sights on becoming ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) Global Elite partners. Transact Capital Partners LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to GlideFast and Pharicode in connection with the transactions. Citizens Bank served as the financial advisor to BV with the transactions.

The two sister companies, GlideFast Consulting and Pharicode, were both founded by Lloyd Godson, Michael Lombardo, and Stephen Light.
