Health Department's Haushalter: To help fight COVID, 'exercise your consumer power'

"Money talks," said Shelby County Health Dept. director Dr. Alisa Haushalter. She urged residents to "use your money, frequent places you know are doing everything they can to mitigate the spread" of COVID, "to protect their customers and employees."
