North American Collegiate League Breaks Barriers and Build Bridges with Esports

EL PASO, TX / ACCESSWIRE / October 22, 2020 / Even before the onset of this pandemic, some people prefer staying at home than going out and playing under the sun. It's a matter of preference, and they prefer doing games inside through online games. These games created a community of gamers and birthed esports. The North American Collegiate League (NACL) wants the world to know of esports and its community.

NACL President, David Chen, has always been passionate about esports. He saw the value of it as it helps build camaraderie, decision-making skills, and sportsmanship. Although some people are against video games and online games because it tends to get overused or some say it becomes an addiction, there are exceptional skills that can be developed.

As a non-profit America-based entertainment organization, the North American Collegiate League hosts and streams video game tournaments and league play for collegiate esports players with notable prizes such as scholarships.

The purpose of these events is to establish a community wherein there is no bad blood between pro gamers, a high-potential gamer who wants to enter the scene, and a novice who does not know much about esports. The organization firmly believes that they can bridge these groups of people and establish a more solid community through a shared love or interest - esports.

What puts them ahead of others is their capability to stream in seven countries in Asia. They have TV streaming rights in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Macau, Japan, and South Korea. Lately, they formed a new bond that made their reach broader and more robust. In partnership with Lawrence Chia, the CEO of Samling Group of Companies, and former CEO of Deloitte China, they took a big step closer to their goal. Samling Group of Companies has ten billion-dollar conglomerate stocks in different fields such as automobiles, real estate, timber, infrastructure, financial services, and fuel production.

As NACL President David Chen said, "I am proud beyond words to join forces with Lawrence Chia, someone I've looked up to for a long time and someone I've been lucky enough to call a mentor. Lawrence is one of the most influential and forward-thinking people in the entirety of the Far East. His presence cements NACL's standing as a global power in the esports scene. That he has recognized our legitimacy -and all our hard work- means the world. This is an unprecedented chapter in esports and in the legacy of the NACL."

Aside from this notable partnership, the North American Collegiate League also prides itself on forming a partnership with Huomao and iSunTV, which led them to be the forerunner in Asian esports.

Esports may not be as widely known and comprehend yet, but with NACL's original and proprietary TV content, they will undoubtedly succeed in the years to come. Continuously, they work hard to create more partnerships to build stronger foundations and a safer space for the esports community.

To be part of the North American Collegiate League community, head on to their official website. Their website is also where they give updates on past events and upcoming tournaments and leagues and where aspiring gamers can sign up.
