Michels Corp. lowest bidder for nine-figure Zoo Interchange project contract

The contract includes concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, bridge construction, storm sewer, sidewalk, street lighting, traffic signals and water main work on overpasses and mainline bridges around the freeway interchange.
