Burllingame-based Roman DBDR Tech Acquisition Corp. is headed up by Dixon Doll — the co-founder of Accel Partners, Doll Capital Management (later renamed DCM) and Impact VC — and Donald Basile, who previously ran Violin Memory and FusionIO.
