Health department vows more enforcement; cops will accompany inspectors

The time for education in response to COVID safety violations may be ending, as the Health Department steps up enforcement: "We’ve provided a lot of technical assistance. We’ve preached and begged. Now, I think, when we take action, it will be appropriate."
