Federal Reserve steps up climate-change response and gets immediate backlash from some House Republicans

A Federal Reserve that's increasingly worried about climate change's impact on the financial system still should not hold regulated banks responsible for accurately calculating such long-term risks via stress test, a group of Republican lawmakers wrote to the central bank's leadership this week.
