New baseball team in Gastonia looks ahead to debut season after revealing its name, mascot

After months of evaluating options, the new baseball team in Gastonia now has a name, mascot and branding. It's expected to begin play in May at the $26.2 million ballpark at Gastonia's Franklin Urban Sports and Entertainment District.
