The Standard Promotes Dayna Kirk to Vice President of Customer Service and Voluntary Benefits

Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) announced today that Dayna Kirk has been promoted to vice president of Customer Service and Voluntary Benefits.

Since joining The Standard in 1990, Kirk has worked across the Insurance Services Group in a variety of leadership roles with increasing responsibility. She previously was assistant vice president of Shared Services. Most recently, as assistant vice president of Voluntary Benefits since 2013, Kirk led The Standard’s expansion in the voluntary benefits market. In her new role, Kirk will continue leading Voluntary as well as Benefit Technology and assume executive responsibility for the Customer Service organization, which includes Policyholder Services, Strategic Account Services and a focus on key customers.
