Frank is an expert in management, operations, finance, customer service, consulting, leadership, business development, marketing, and sales. As the Executive Vice President & CFO of Bick Group Inc, a data center services company, Frank led organizational changes and improvements that helped land the largest project in the company's history --- a multi-state, multi-year $130M contract.

After 22 years at the data services company, Frank left to start his own business in 2012. He then grew his own business to over 600 customers in 5 years. In 2018, Frank exited his business and has been working as an independent consultant with companies in transition.

Frank has experience building, running, and growing companies; but perhaps most importantly--based on direct feedback from customers and employees alike--he excels at establishing and maintaining trust.

A graduate of the University of Dallas, Frank is the 7th of 9 siblings and has 5 children of his own with his wife, Joan, of 30 years. He enjoys SCUBA diving and is into music, cars, shooting, and biking, among other things.
