Cuomo: Outdoor arts, entertainment and sports venues can reopen next month

The allowed attendance for venues will initially be limited. Gov. Andrew Cuomo hinted during a press event Thursday that the capacity limits will likely increase as more people get vaccinated and the Covid-19 transmission rate drops.
