INNOVATORS & ENTREPRENEURS: Catering firm owners launching fleet of upscale mobile bars

The idea for the mobile bars was developed during the coronavirus pandemic as Kris and Adrienne Cole worked to find a new and innovative offering to build up the catering business after the loss of events last year.
