Stock market periodically crashing? Cycles.

Over the last few years I noticed stock market crashes within the first 4 month of each year. I started investing 2016, I won’t know about earlier years. Should I simply sell most of my stuff mid December? Excluding a few, like BRK.B and similar rocks.
