Philadelphia Navy Yard to pilot Pennsylvania's first autonomous vehicle program

The move comes about a month after Gov. Tom Wolf signed a bill into law allowing driverless vehicles in Pennsylvania and could serve as a blueprint for future plans across the commonwealth.
