Kennedy Kicks Off Senate Campaign in Upstate New York

Caroline Kennedy, daughter of the late President John F. Kennedy, is scheduled to meet this morning with Syracuse Mayor Matt Driscoll and John F.X. Mannion, an upstate Democratic party power broker.
