Monday's biggest gaining and declining stocks

Among the companies expected to trade actively on Monday are three Dow industrials components -- Caterpillar, McDonald's and American Express -- plus Texas Instruments, all of which are scheduled to report earnings. Other movers include Covidien, Crucell, Danaher, Eaton, First California, Pfizer, Smurfit-Stone, Walgreen and Wyeth.
