By most measures, stress tests a success - so far

What's true for pro football is true for companies and their stock prices. On Friday, the record of banks hit by the government's stress tests results suggests they may not be championship caliber but they are at least on a winning streak. None of the 19 stress-tested banks was doing particularly well, yet none had collapsed.
