Senate to Consider Stripping Controversial F-22 Money From Defense Bill

An amendment to strip F-22 money from a $680 billion defense spending policy bill is scheduled for a vote in the Senate on Tuesday -- President Obama and the Pentagon don't want the money in the bill.
