Appointment Of Principal Officers.
Effective
August 1, 2007, Douglas P. Morris resigned as a Director of Ogden Golf Co.
Corporation. There was no disagreement between Mr. Morris
and the Company regarding any matter relating to the Company’s operations,
policies or practices.
