Due to the necessity of obtaining a third party valuation on certain of the company’s equity instruments, the start of which was delayed, completion of the company’s financial statements has been delayed. The valuation has been received and that information is now being incorporated into the financial statements, which are expected to be filed before the end of the extension deadline.
