Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.
On March 3, 2008, the Company paid cash bonuses in respect of services rendered
by its officers during fiscal 2007. Such cash bonuses for the Company's Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Chief
Financial Officer are as follows:
Walter Johnsen, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, $75,000; Brian Olschan,
President and Chief Operating Officer, $75,000; and Paul Driscoll, Chief
Financial Officer, $55,000.
