Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(e) On February 21, 2008, the compensation committee (the Compensation Committee) of the board of directors of Heska Corporation (the Company), approved the following: (i) the amount of cash incentive bonuses earned under the Companys previously disclosed 2007 Management Incentive Plan for the fiscal year 2007, (ii) increases in the base salaries effective March 1, 2008, for the Companys principal executive officer, principal financial officer and other named executive officers and (iii) the establishment of the 2008 Management Incentive Plan for the fiscal year 2008.
The following table shows the fiscal year 2007 Management Incentive Plan bonus amounts and fiscal year 2008 base salaries approved by the Compensation Committee for the Companys principal executive officer, principal financial officer and other named executive officers:
