FindEx.com, Inc. (the “Registrant”) is unable to timely file the annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2018 because the Registrant’s management in conjunction with its Audit Committee was without sufficient time in advance of the prescribed due date to perform its customary review and analysis of the 2018 year-end financial statements following completion of its independent audit. The Registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such annual report no later than fifteen days after its original date.
