2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On
July
30, 2007, American Campus Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press
release announcing earnings for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. The text
of the
press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

press
