On September 26, 2007, Worthington Industries, Inc. ("Worthington Industries")
named John Roberts as the President of Dietrich Metal Framing, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Worthington Industries, effective October 1, 2007. A copy of the
news release issued by Worthington Industries on September 26, 2007 announcing
the appointment of Mr. Roberts is included with this Current Report on Form 8-K
as Exhibit 99.1.
