On November 8, 2007, Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter and fiscal
year ended September 28, 2007. The full text of the press release is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
On November 8, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing
that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Coding Technologies AB, a
privately held provider of audio compression technologies for the mobile,
digital broadcast, and Internet markets. The full text of the press release is
