Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 17, 2014, West Bancorporation, Inc. (the “Company”) held a special board meeting to select the record date for the Company's Annual meeting of Stockholders which is is scheduled to occur on April 23, 2015. The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on February 19, 2015 as the record date for determination of stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.
