On October 27, 2010, A. James Durica, a Class C member of the Board of Directors and designated Financial Expert of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and a member of the Board of Directors of Mid Penn Bank, advised the Company’s Board of Directors of his intention to resign/retire from such positions. Mr. Durica will resign/retire from his positions as a director of each of the Company and Mid Penn Bank effective December 31, 2010.
