On November 7, 2007, Mannatech, Incorporated issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on November 6, 2007. The cash dividend is payable on Friday, December 21, 2007 to its shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, November 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
