Jamba, Inc. (the “Company”) is filing this Form 12b-25 to inform the Securities and Exchange Commission that it is not able to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended July 15, 2008 by the prescribed due date of August 25, 2008 without unreasonable effort or expense due to continued review needed to finalize its quarterly financial statements. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable, and in no event later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
