(“Telecom Argentina” or “the Company”), I hereby inform you that the Board of Directors, in meeting held yesterday, has disposed to unify the current roles of the General Director of Corporate Matters and the General Director of Operations in the position of Chief Executive Officer in charge of Mr. Franco Bertone (who was the General Director of Operations as of today).
