CNH Chief Financial Officer to Resign
BURR RIDGE, Illinois – (June 3) – CNH Global N.V. (NYSE: CNH) said Mr. Rubin McDougal, Chief Financial Officer, has announced his resignation from the Company, which will be effective June 22, 2009. Mr. McDougal will be pursuing other business interests with a company outside the equipment industry. The Company anticipates naming a successor shortly.
