Item2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets
On November 10, 2011, we received the final payment of cash relating to a transfer to us by HomeWise Insurance Company of unearned premium and certain rights and obligations under that company’s Florida insurance policies. The total cash transferred to us under an assumption agreement with HomeWise Insurance Company, an unaffiliated company, was approximately $43.5 million.
