(b) Mr. William Barrett, Director of Evans Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") resigned his position effective November 1, 2007. Mr. Barrett currently resides part-time outside of the Company’s market and operating area and wishes to spend more time with his family. Mr. Barrett has served as director since 1971.
