On January 14, 2008, MoneyGram International, Inc. issued a press release announcing (i) its portfolio valuation as of November 30, 2007, (ii) exclusive discussions with Thomas H. Lee Partners for a $750 - 850 million equity investment, (iii) the execution of amendments and waivers under its credit agreements, and (iv) realignment of its official check business.
