Effective April 9, 2008, Gordon L. Hutchinson became Vice President - Finance for Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") and ceased to serve as Vice President and Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) of the Company. The Company has commenced a search to fill the position of Vice President and Controller (Principal Accounting Officer). In the interim, Jason Grant, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will assume those duties.
