Conformis, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 29, 2019. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

The Company’s stockholders elected Mark Augusti, Carrie Bienkowski and Richard Meelia as class I directors to serve until the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders or until their respective successors have been duly elected and qualified.
